Seamless Weaving is a continuous digital-to-physical pipeline. A designer models the full product in software; the loom weaves it directly from yarn. Every cut-and-sew step in between disappears.

Design in CAD
Designers build the full product in LOOM3D CAD software. Geometry, structure, and material behavior in one model.

Export a machine file
The software translates the design into a loom-ready machine file. No manual pattern-making, grading, or marker steps.

Weave off an existing loom
The product is woven directly from yarn on standard industrial looms; the same equipment mills already operate.

Finished product
A complete, ready-to-wear garment comes off the loom. The cut-and-sew line is gone.
No cut-and-sew
The single most labor-intensive stage of apparel manufacturing is removed entirely.
Existing looms
The process runs on standard industrial looms mills already own — no new capital equipment required.
Software-defined
Design changes are a file change. Iterate in CAD, re-export, re-weave.
